Eaton Fire Community Assistance & Legal Resource Information
Helping Pasadena & Altadena residents understand potential options related to evacuation, smoke damage, business interruption, and wildfire losses.

“After the Eaton Fire, I honestly believed I probably didn’t qualify for any help because my home didn’t burn down. My home and business near the Pasadena/Altadena border were evacuated, and although I suffered smoke damage, contamination, disruption, and business losses, I still felt like others deserved help more than I did.
I reached out to other organizations claiming to help local fire victims, but many either weren’t very helpful or made me feel like my situation wasn’t worth following up on.
The team at NLC was different. They stayed in contact regularly, took my situation seriously, and even supported my business during a difficult time. They helped me understand that evacuation, smoke damage, business interruption, and other fire-related losses may still matter even if everything wasn’t completely destroyed.
That’s why I chose to work with them and help connect others in our community with information and resources.”
