Today marks one year since the Eaton Fire, a day that permanently changed Altadena. Homes were lost, lives were disrupted, and an entire community was tested. What followed, however, was resilience — neighbors showing up for one another, local institutions stepping forward, and a collective commitment to rebuild together.
Today, January 7, Dena communities will gather throughout the day and evening to remember, reflect, and reaffirm that the community is still here. Below is a full list of Eaton Fire anniversary events, listed in order, so residents can participate in ways that feel meaningful to them.
